After almost twenty years of cooking experience, Roberto Limas, winner of the Best New Chef Award 2004 in Madrid Fusión, joined the kitchen staff of Bambú Business Group in 2014.

This Madrid-born chef has spent his career in the kitchens of the best restaurants and hotels in the capital city of Spain.

Príncipe de Viana Restaurant, El Amparo Restaurant, El Chaflán Restaurant or Santo Mauro Hotel are a few examples of the establishments that have counted on his personal stamp.

At present, Roberto Limas is executive chef of the Group.
