Pedro de León
There has been a long-standing relationship between Pedro de León and gastronomy since he was born in a family with a long catering tradition. De León is a passionate about Japanese cuisine who gave up his career as a commercial pilot after three years residing in New York, where he explored the latest culinary trends from the hand of different experts in Japanese cuisine. In 2005, upon his return to Madrid, he founded Bambú Business Group together with his brother, Fernando.
Since then, he has been responsible for the expansion of the business group and provided the restaurants with a high culinary standard, thanks both to the quality of the raw material and his commitment to continuous innovation.
